  • Registration Requirements

    1. Download the Tonal app and create an account. This will be necessary to log onto the Tonal for class. The app is available for download on the Apple Store or get it on Google Play.


    2. Create your account on our Tonal Training Lab website in order to book your classes.


    3. Accept/sign all documents at account creation/booking.

  • Arrival/Late Arrival Policy

    • If it is your first class at Tonal Training Lab, welcome! Please note that all new users must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your first class. This is required so you can get familiar with Tonal and complete your strength assessment, which will calibrate your personalized weight recommendations and ensure you have a smooth workout experience. As a new participant, if you have not checked in 15 minutes prior to the published class start time, you will be unable to participate in class and will be considered a no show.
    • If you are returning to the Tonal Training Lab, we encourage you to check in 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the class. 
    • For your safety, late arrivals are not permitted. 
  • Reservation Policy

    Registration closes 90 minutes prior to the published class start time.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Users must cancel their reservation 12 hours in advance of the class start time.
    • A reservation that is canceled at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time will be credited to your account to be used for a future booking. 
    • Cancellations made within the 12 hour window prior to class start time are considered late and class credits will not be returned back to your account. 
    • To cancel your spot in a class, please visit the “Bookings” section under your Account Settings, use the direct link from your confirmation email, or text us at 332-877-9093. 
    • We kindly ask that you cancel as soon as possible to avoid being charged any no show fees.
  • No-Show Policy

    Due to the limited available number of spots per class, failure to show for a registered class will result in a $20 no-show fee, and users will not be credited or refunded for the missed class.

  • Refund Policy

    There are no refunds for unused credits.

  • Expiration Policy

    All class packs expire on 2/28/2025 upon closure of the New York Tonal Training Lab. Any unused credits will not be refunded.

  • Coach Substitution and Cancellation

    Coaches are subject to change and classes are subject to cancellation without notice. You will be notified about class cancellations via email and text (if provided) as far in advance as possible, and will be credited or refunded in case of cancellation.

  • Waitlist Policy

    If a class you want to join is full, no worries! You can add your name to the waitlist. When a spot in a class opens up, everyone on the waitlist will be emailed. The open spot will be available to those on the waitlist on a first come first serve basis.

  • Age Restriction

    You are required to be an adult (18+ years of age) to attend a class at Tonal Training Lab.


  • Personal Belongings

    • You can keep your belongings in one of our lockers. Personal belongings (coats, boots, gym bags, etc.) are not permitted in the studio area (exceptions include water bottle and a warm up layer of clothing). 
    • Tonal is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 
    • Workout towels are provided for all class attendees.
  • Cell Phone Policy

    Cell phones are allowed in the studio. However, please limit use while a workout is in progress to avoid disrupting the class.

  • Booking Policy

    • You can book a maximum of two (2) class per day. This allows us to accommodate as many participants as possible. 
    • Classes may not be booked for other users. Credits and reservations cannot be transferred to another user or exchanged.
