This Tonal Training Lab signature class masterfully blends strength and conditioning to bring you the best of Tonal’s training techniques in one session. Each full-body, 45-minute workout features a HIIT block, a German Body Composition training block, and a full-out finisher to empty the tank. Get ready to build strength, push your endurance, and walk away feeling like a badass.
